Training Sessions Tailored to Your Practice

Our standard Medisoft training includes several separate three-hour private training sessions, in your office, or over the web, to fully familiarize your key employees with the software and associated computer routines. Network systems receive an additional training session to assure the highest level of productivity in a multi-user, multi-tasking environment.

TrainingThe initial training takes place following installation, and is primarily concerned with the physical equipment and the process of data entry, i.e. procedure codes, carriers, diagnoses, and practice setup. Training sessions are usually spaced 1 - 3 weeks apart in order to allow you time to use and become familiar with the system. The following sessions will be scheduled after you have entered the information needed to complete your first billing, so that we can guide you through your first batch of EOBs, entry of receipts, and creation of various reports. Following our standard training, you will feel quite familiar with the system.
