Support Overview
Telephone and Online Support
Our Support Policy
Telephone support for MediSoft is highly recommended and is usually included in system purchase contracts. Support commences with the date of installation, and is provided to a single designated, trained MediSoft Administrator. The phone service will be available to handle your needs for instruction, assistance or other support issues during usual business hours: Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM, except for legal Massachusetts holidays. Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, we are not obligated to extend telephone support to any person other than the initially designated Administrator. However, we understand that from time to time, due to illness, vacations, etc., someone else may require help. We do, at our discretion, extend the courtesy of support provided that the help is limited.
If the named MediSoft Administrator leaves the practice or becomes unavailable for any extended period, then we will work diligently with the new administrator and use best efforts to determine whether any additional training will be necessary in order to provide support to the new person. It is Longwoods intention to ensure the continued efficiency of your MediSoft system; and in our sole discretion, we may require that full or partial training be purchased for the substitute prior to continuance of telephone support.



Medisoft Version 12 Service Pack 2 and Version 14 introduce operation under the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system (Vista Business 32-bit edition ONLY).
