Telephone and Online Support
Our Support Policy
Telephone support for MediSoft is highly recommended. The phone service will be available to handle your needs for assistance or other support issues during usual business hours: Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM, except for legal Massachusetts holidays.
It is Longwoods intention to ensure the continued efficiency of your MediSoft system; and in our sole discretion, we may require that full or partial training be purchased for the substitute prior to continuance of telephone support.
