STRATUS ELECTRONIC CLAIMS DISCONTINUED DECEMBER 31, 2007!!!

Take action now! By the end of this year you will no longer be able to send claims using Stratus. To stay with the MedAvant clearing house you have to switch to their Phoenix platform. All existing Payer approvals will be transferred to Phoenix, and the service fee will remain the same. Switching from Stratus to Phoenix is not an instant process; it requires you to fill out some paperwork and may take a few weeks. Take action now and call us today to get the process started!

Did you know Phoenix integrates with Medisoft and includes up to 150 paper claims per month per provider. Choose dial-up modem or broadband to submit claims. The following additional services are available on the Phoenix platform:

• ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice): Think of it as an electronic EOB, a few clicks and it's automatically posted, and you can print them out anytime! ($29 per practice monthly fee)
• MedPrint Electronic Patient Statements: paper, envelope, return envelope, and postage, all for $0.67 per statement. No sign up or installation cost for LSI customers.
• Patient Eligibility Verification: Imagine coming into the office in the morning, and right there on the scheduler seeing which of your patients for the day are covered. With this service you have instant access to a patient's health plan status, deductibles, and co-pay information. ($39 per month per provider)
